Flowers, Birds and Grandma skirts

19 May 2015

A lot of people ask me where I get my clothes from and how I can even afford this. Though I do indeed spend loads of money on clothes and they are usually more important to me than food or any other articles I could possibly need, I spent much less than people expect me to. That’s because I´m incredibly talented at finding bargains. (Everybody needs to be good at something, okay?! Sale is my favourite season of the year and preowned clothes make me happy. I almost never end up buying stuff for the original price. It´s all about comparing prices and being a little bit patient. If the highstreet stores and all the vintage places fail, try your friends and family. Never underestimate the wardrobe of your grandparents and parents. Everything was fashionable at some point and will return. My skirt for example is stolen from my grandma and the denim shirt used to belong to my dad.  I got half the outfit for FREE. That´s pretty great isn´t it?!

WHAT AM I WEARING?!

skirt- my gran´s
shirt- my dad´s
sandals- birkenstock (sorry for the disturbing photo of my feet ;)
choker - extreme largeness
top- Primark

D.h. Die Hälfte meines Outfits war komplett kostenlos! Ziemlich cool was?! ;)

  22. YES I absolutely love this, recycling at it's finest! I always do this to my boyfriend especially the stuff that doesn't fit him anymore I just keep wearing it until he forgets it's his...that genuinely happens- the other day he was like is that yours....or? ;) You've definitely inspired me to look around some charity shops and vintage places now, I have found a few urban outfitter bargains in marie curie which I am impressed by! xxx

  23. I love seeing the word SALE too! I don't usually buy pieces if it's not sale because I always find it expensive only to be used twice or thrice. :)) I love your outfit most especially that top :)

    Have a great day!
