Blackmilk Cereal Manchester

Ever after watching „Flakes“ with the gorgeous Zoey Deschanel playing the even cooler Pussy Katz, I wanted to go to a cereal cafe with freaky people serving your specialty cornflakes. Can you imagine my excitement when I discovered that exactly one of these cafés opened in Afflecks Palace?! Black Milk Cereal may be a bit less nerdy and a bit more hip but it is a bit of a dream come true for me. It´s design comes pretty close to what I would want for my own café (or my bedroom) with whimsical illustrations and down to earth furniture. You can choose from a variety of cereals from your everyday favourites to foreign ones. Then you can pick your milk and different toppings. I went for Lucky Charms, Reeses Puffs and these pockets filled with chocolate, chocolate milk and as toppings I´ve ordered Toblerone, Oreos and Marshmallows. I probably had the most unhealthy breakfast of all times but it was worth every calorie. I can really recommend going there for a unique breakfast and very cool and friendly staff! J
